How Does Buyer Protection Work?
- If you choose standard shipping upon checkout, then your purchase protection period is 58 days.
- If you choose direct shipping upon checkout, then your purchase protection period is 38 days.
If you have not received your item within the mentioned periods, you can 'Open Dispute' before Purchase Protection deadline or
Purchase will be automatically finalized with payment released to supplier.

- You raise a claim by opening a dispute within buyer protection period.

- Your item is not returned to the seller due to customs duties (customs clearance/taxes are not included).
