Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from warehouse, usually it is 1 to 7 business days, in some very rare cases it may take longer.
This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time:
The time for your item(s) to travel from warehouse to your destination. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout among the ones listed here below.
however if your shipment was delayed for more than 1 week of the estimated shipping period, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Charge : You can see your shipping rate upon checkout and before payment.
Shipping rates are calculated per item not per order.
For example: if you added 2 items to cart with shipping rate of $1 each, then at checkout you will see your total shipping cost as $2
Top Brands items will be shipped from USA and require an additional international shipping charge to our customers outside USA.
You can avoid this charge if you have Shop & Ship Account with Aramex,
At checkout you can choose to ship to your country and pay for this additional shipping charge or to ship to your Aramex address in USA and avoid this additional charge.
( Note: this additional shipping are only for items that ship from USA, all other items have normal shipping rate)

Tax:
Most countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value.
However, you are responsible for any import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs.
Tracking: For standard shipping: items below $9 may not show tracking information outside the country of origin, all other items can be tracked from warehouse to delivery address.
For Direct shipping: all items can be tracked from warehouse to delivery address.

Brazilian Customers
For our customers in Brazil, all shipments require all individuals to state their “CPF” number on invoices; also, Brazilian companies are required to include a “CNPJ” number.
Therefore, if you would like us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the correct "CPF" or "CNPJ" number so your package can smoothly clear Customs.
